I did not really like the location of it. I did not like that. The pool was so far from each tower. It was a lot of walking in. He had to walk through the whole hotel. We at The coming from the pool. I’m not really like that part it was very hard to find locations. It was not really a lot of workers to talk to, but you just gotta stay down here and you got some going on then this is OK spot🐓 but to go down here to enjoy the Atlantic City area. This is not a good spot to stay at

Horrible experience. Booked a sea view for more expensive. But the windows were so dirty that we could not see nothing. Waited long lines to have Mickael a super nice manager that credited me the resort fees. But suprise in the morning when they try to charge me as he did not document it. Had to wait again. And then had a aggressive manager (forgot his name) that argue with me. By the time all the process was done it was past 11 check-out. And he refused to let me go meet my family in the pool area. Saying no access after checkout. Aggressive with me for no reason whatsoever. Even that he was accommodating to the girls before me. By credits to there invoice as well as dinners. When I mentioned that. He said not my business. Last time for me there.

The amount that’s held is a lot ! But it was an ok hotel

Most disgusting and nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. I’ve stayed at the Hilton for a cheaper price and had a better room and experience. First of all, I paid $700+ for a three night stay, room was located in the Chelsea tower. So nothing cheap but I received a low quality room and overall awful experience. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was with family I would’ve cut my 訂房網站 short and went home. The minute you come into the Chelsea towers it has a pungent smell. The smell literally punches you in the face. The hallway and room smells like sewage. I had to let the shower water run for a couple minutes before hopping in to make sure feces wasn’t coming from the faucet. The wallpaper is outdated and there are weird stains on the carpet as if they’ve been there for years!!!!! The shower handle broke off when I tried to take a shower. The door chain fell off when I tried to use it for my safety!!! Do you know how unsafe that is for solo and women travelers?!?! I had to put a chair in front of the door to make sure I’m safe. The housekeeping staff doesn’t even want to clean, had the nerve to ask me “when am I leaving?” I had to ask for toilet paper and facial tissue and she ignored my request for facial tissue and only gave me one roll of toilet paper. Never had the room cleaned, beds spread, or garbage changed. Had to beg a worker outside for extra clean towels and rags and thankfully he was nice enough to give them to me. The body wash was half full when I came here and they never came to replace it. The lamp light has shorts and won’t turn on. The tv doesn’t turn on but the remote lights up like a Christmas tree, how wonderful. There’s no ironing board, just a cheap old iron. I’ve never counted down the days while on vacation until I went home until I stayed at this hotel. I will never stay here again. Never wanted to leave a place so bad. I got nothing out of coming here. I will make sure I spend extra for a nicer hotel than coming to this cheap dump.

Très grand hôtel ! Chambres assez grandes ! Bon rapport qualité prix ! Pas de ménage en chambre ! Un peu éloigné des restaurants et fête foraine !

This is an absolutely gigantic hotel, inside and out. If you do not know how to read a map then this wouldn't be for you. There are 6 floors and many different elevators that do not all lead to the same place. Finding your car or even getting outside takes about 20 mins. Be prepared to walk a lot. It's also extremely packed at all times, and as expected the prices are higher than normal. It is centrally located, on the boardwalk and many things to do. But make sure you add lots of extra time. Also not all staff can give directions either which makes it difficult. Takes a couple days to get acquainted.
